We are looking for a Middle School Counselor to join our District. This position is to provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment and to assist every student in reaching his/her fullest potential. The School Counselor establishes short and long-range program goals which are consistent with the general philosophy of the school system as embodied in curriculum guides, adopted textbooks and handbooks and is to act as a positive role model for students and to fulfill the Mission of the District.

Job Qualifications

We are looking for qualified candidates who leads with kindness, professionalism, thoughtfulness, integrity, strength, and compassion as well as someone who can clearly articulate a vision for our school that aligns with our mission and goals

• New York State Certification as a School Counselor.
