Job Description

1. This position involves manual work, calling for the efficient and economic performance of building cleaning. Cleaning is done according to a well-established routine. Does related work as required.
2. Options for other paid work include but not limited to chaperoning school events, event cleanups and summer work.
3. Ability to join the New York State Local Retirement System.

Job Qualifications

1. Candidates with some knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment; ability to understand and follow simple oral and written directions; ability to get along well with others; ability to read and write; thoroughness; cleanliness; ability to climb ladders, bend, stoop, lift, reach, push, and pull.
